  • Once a digital license key or subscription is delivered, the order is considered non-cancellable and non-refundable

  • Ensure compatibility before purchasing digital goods

7. Returns & Refunds

  • Physical goods may be returned within 7 days of delivery (subject to inspection)

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days
