We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. This Return & Refund Policy outlines how returns, replacements, and refunds work at VedeClub.


1. Return Window

You may request a return for physical products within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions below.


2. Eligibility Criteria

  • Product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • All accessories and manuals must be included

  • Product should be free from scratches, marks, or signs of use

We reserve the right to reject returns if the item fails inspection.


3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Digital Products (e.g., software licenses, activation codes)

  • Opened or activated software subscriptions

  • Products damaged due to misuse or negligence


4. Refund Process

  • Once the product is received and verified, refund will be initiated within 7–10 business days

  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method

  • Shipping and payment gateway charges are non-refundable unless the error is from our side


5. Cancellations

  • You may cancel an order before it is dispatched

  • Orders for digital goods cannot be cancelled once delivered by email or SMS
